Exchange & Return Policy
We're a small independent brand, and every order means a lot to us. Our return policy helps us maintain high quality, fair pricing, and a safe shopping experience for all our customers. Thank you for understanding and supporting SeaSew Beachwear.
At SeaSew Beachwear, every piece is carefully inspected before it is packed and shipped. As our products are beachwear and intimate apparel, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless you receive a defective or incorrect item.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please email us at contact@seasewbeachwear.com within 3 days of delivery.
To help us review your request quickly, please share:
- An unboxing video showing the parcel being opened from its original sealed condition.
- Clear photos of the issue.
Claims reported without an unboxing video or after the 3-day period may not be eligible for approval.
Refund Policy
If your claim is approved, you will receive store credit equal to the value of the product. Store credit will be valid for 1 year from the date of issue and can be used on any future purchase from SeaSew Beachwear.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before they have been shipped.
To request a cancellation, please email us at contact@seasewbeachwear.com as soon as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition:
- Beachwear
- Swimwear
- Sale or discounted items
- Accessories
