Exchange & Return Policy

Every SeaSew Beachwear piece is thoughtfully made and carefully quality-checked before it reaches you. Due to the nature of our products and hygiene considerations, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless you receive a defective or incorrect item.

If you believe you have received a defective or wrong product, please contact us within 2 days of delivery at contact@seasewbeachwear.com and share a clear video of the parcel being opened from its sealed condition, along with images of the issue. We are able to assist only when the opening video is provided and the concern is reported within this timeframe.

As a growing independent brand, we are committed to offering superior quality while keeping our prices fair. This policy helps us maintain those standards and protect our small business from misuse. We truly appreciate your understanding and support.


Refund Policy

In approved cases of defective or incorrect items, refunds will be issued as store credit, valid for 1 year from the original purchase date.


Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order only if it has not yet been shipped. To request cancellation, please email us at contact@seasewbeachwear.com at the earliest.


Non-Returnable Items

All products, including sale or clearance items and accessories, are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless received in a damaged or defective condition. In such cases, the parcel opening video must be shared within 48 hours of delivery.


Important Note

Exchange and return eligibility, if any, will always be clearly mentioned on the individual product page. In the absence of such mention, the above standard policy applies.
